Cryptee is a private & encrypted place to write personal documents, notes or journals, and store your photos & other files. All data on Cryptee is encrypted on users' devices, and we can't read their documents or see their photos, and no one else can either.

Why Workers?

Most of our API endpoints, as well as the site itself, is built and runs entirely on Workers. Before Workers we've used either our own servers, or cloud functions, and had to juggle things around to make things work smoothly and fast. Now there's a Cloudflare worker in front of all our requests, it's much MUCH faster with 0ms startup time, and our apps / site loads a lot faster in many more parts of the world thanks to hosting our static assets at the edge.
